1. Equipment structure: the vacuum hot pressing furnace usually consists of the furnace body, heating system, vacuum system, pressure system and control system. The furnace body is usually made of superalloy material, and has good high temperature resistance and vacuum sealing properties.
2. Heating system: The heating system of vacuum heating furnace usually uses resistance heater or induction heater. The resistance heater generates heat through the heating element through the electric current, while the induction heater uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to generate eddy current heating.
3. Vacuum system: the vacuum system of the vacuum hot press furnace is used to eliminate the gas in the furnace and create a vacuum environment. Vacuum system usually includes vacuum pump, vacuum meter, gas condenser and other equipment.
