The 25KW induction heating power supply can quickly heat the ink mold and the sample, and the maximum temperature can reach 1600 °C. The induction heating coil and the ink mold are located in the stainless steel vacuum cavity, and the ink mold is pressed by a press. , the maximum pressure can reach 30T, it is made of high-purity graphite, the maximum load of the hydraulic press depends on the ID of the mold: 0.5" mold, maximum 0.5T; 1.0"ID, maximum 0.3T.
This device can heat quickly by induction and can precisely control the temperature. At the same time, it is equipped with a special composite mold, which is easy to demould and does not damage the sample. The sintering process is simple, the sintering time is short, and it is easy to form. It has the functions of rapid sintering and activation sintering. It is an ideal method for forming and sintering thermoelectric materials.
