Spark plasma sintering furnace has a maximum temperature of 1600℃. SPARK PLASMA SINTERING (SPS) is a new technology for rapid powder consolidation. SPS uses a high current pulsed power supply to excite and promote material consolidation and reaction sintering processes. Compared with the traditional technology, the SPS can adjust the density values of various conductors, non-conductors and composite materials to any demand value during the processing. SPS minimizes the experimental time and energy consumption and also maintain the micro-nano structure of the material. Therefore, since its birth, it has quickly become an important tool in many fields such as scientific research, new material research and development, and industrial production.
